How long until I receive my order?
Orders are completed 5 times a day so depends on when you order. Average wait time is 1-2 hours.
What to do if my account isn't working?
In the case your account info isn't or has stopped working you will visit the account management to request a replacement
How long for my replacement?
Replacements will usually be sent out within 6 hours most the time a lot less. So be on the look out on accounts management for your replacement.
Are there refunds?
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds. If there is a problem and we can confirm it has nothing to do with you. A refund will be issued.
